OUR MAIN SERVICES:

- Short-term apartment rentals (apartment rent by daily basis). Almost all of our short-term apartments are located in the Old Town and Riga Centre. The apartments are fully equipped, furnished and prepared for short-term rent. All apartments have fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave, in some apartments - oven and dishwasher, and utensils for cooking and dining utensils). Most apartments have a washing machine and LCD TV. Cable TV and WI-FI. Bed linen and towels.

- Monthly apartment rentals. Some of our apartments can be rented for one or more months. The apartments are also fully equipped and ready-to-live, there are also bed linens and towels. We can also arrange cleaning services and bed linen change.

- Lond-term apartment rentals. We prepare lease agreements, solve technical problems during the stay in the apartments, participate in solving the disputes between tenant and apartment owner, control payments.

- Non-residential (commercial) premises rent.

- Apartments, houses, commercial premises sale.

- Property management.

- Juridical and financial consultations on real estate.
